He was predeceased by: his father Denis Lavoie; and his stepmother Fern Dumoulin. He is survived by: his mother Diane Lavoie (Dyan); his sibling Ashley Gervais (Julie); and his aunts and uncles, Mike Calderhead (Rhonda), Richard Lavoie (Rachel), Vivianne Warren (Phillipe), Leane Lavoie, Yvonne Attard (Mike) and June Horne (Andre). He is also survived by many cousins and not to forget his Furbaby.
In Justin's memory, remembrance donations to the Canadian Mental Health, South Cochrane Addiction Centre or the Timmins Food Bank would me most appreciated.
