Joeann Shirley Gervais Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joeann Shirley Gervais (Timmins, Ontario), who passed away on February 22, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Joseph O'Mara; her stepmother Marian O'Mara; her mother Mary Elizabeth Cox; her stepfather Bill Cox; and her brother Frank O'Mara.

She is survived by: her children, Randy Gervais (Vicki), Shelly Laforest (Richard) and Wayne Gervais (Kim); her grandchildren, Taylor (Alan), Brittany (Justin), Brad (Stephanie), Alexandre, Emily, Jonah, Mia, Theo, Naomi and Emery; her great grandchildren, Amelie, Payton, Lincoln, Daxton and Callum; her siblings, Rosemary Matt (late Gary), Ron McIntosh, Richard Dennett (Lila), Pat Cooke (late Dennis), Jean Kemshead (late Wayne), Heather Demers (Rick) and Bill Cox (late Dake Hertz); her grandchild Ritz; and her friends, Diane Arcand and Louise Aube. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, remembrance donations to the Lord's Kitchen would be greatly appreciated.
