He was predeceased by: his former wife Lucy; and his parents, Lucy and James Sr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Ernie Romain (late Patricia) and Sandra Valliant (late Allan); his wife Claire DeLuca; his children, Greg (Maureen Bradshaw), Cheryl Chartrand (Dan) and Jeffrey (Lisa); his stepsons, Michael DeLuca (Sonya) and Marc DeLuca (Jane); his grandchildren, Stephanie (Jordan), Pamela (Cory), Kayla (Stan), Tyler, Patrick, Ali and Elsie; and his great grandchildren, Leela, Landon, Nash, Kinsley and Ophelia.
