He is survived by: his son Peyton Lamothe; his parents, John Lamothe and Phyllis; his brothers, Clayton (Amy) and Rylee (Victoria); his stepsiblings, Melissa, Shannon, Tiffany and Shawn; his nieces and nephews, Courtney, Cash, Harrison, Cooper and Sierra; his godchild Cameron; and his godparents, Tom and Carol Makela. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles.
