He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul-Emile Potvin and Jeannette Potvin; his brother Michel; and his sister-in-law Rachelle. He is survived by: his daughter Jocelyne Malo; his siblings, Huguette Malo (Donald), Diane Potvin (Rangesh), Nicole Gardner (Mark) and Denis Potvin; and his close friends, Corey and Mike Schneider. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
