She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Jakovac and Zora Jakovac. She is survived by: her boyfriend Dave Harbar of Schumacher; her children, Myra Cosentino of Toronto and Dennis Sebalj (Donna Krysko) of Schumacher; and her grandchildren, Babi (Mike) of Chrissy, Jon (Dani), Emily (Ryan), Paul and Thomas. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
