She was predeceased by: her children, Robert Joanisse and Annette Badour (Rodney) of Timmins; her parents, Leo Robitaille and Thérèse Robitaille; and her siblings, Roland Robitaille (late Muriel), Marguerite Bourré, Cecile Rivest, Marie-Anne Bisson (late David), Germaine Martel (late Maurice) and Helene Vachon (late Gilles).

She is survived by: her spouse Jean Joanisse; her son Marc Joanisse (Kathy); her grandchildren, Chantal Maji (Pete), Natalie Campbell (Rod), Jean Joanisse (Lori), Alison (Darren) and Michael Badour (Pamela); her sisters, Florence Ryan (late William) of Sudbury and Jeanne Lessard of Timmins; and her siblings-in-law, Jean Bourré of Sudbury and Fernand Rivest of Sudbury. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
