She was predeceased by: her husband Allan Sévigny; her friend Léo Dumais; her granddaughter Rose; her parent Harmidas Riopel; and her siblings, Georgette Chaumont, Bertha Lauzon (Albert), Jeannette Riopel, Violet Larche (John), Leo and Gerry Riopel.

She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Gallant (Gaetan) and Judy Verville (Normand); her grandchildren, Patsy Gallant, Patrick Gallant, Alain Verville (Mylène) and Christine McDonald (Jeff); her great grandchildren, Tiffany (Bailey), Kyle, Skylee, Isabella and Kailyn; and her sisters-in-law, Rita, Marna and Dolores. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
