Gilles Fortin Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 21, 2023, at the age of 75, Gilles Fortin (Timmins, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Judith Macleod and Paul Emile Fortin; his stepfather Don Macleod; and his siblings, Denise Hubert, Jacques Fortin and Jean Paul Fortin.

He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his children, Ann Turgeon (Mike) and Michael Fortin; his grandchildren, Danielle Turgeon (Willow) and Jacob Fortin; his great grandchild Addilyn Fortin; and his siblings, Serge Fortin (Carole), Marlice Macleod and Tammy Macleod (Hal). He is also survived by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, his nieces and nephews, and many aunts and uncles.
