He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cooper and Mary Cooper; and his siblings, Frank Cooper and Emily Cunningham. He is survived by: his spouse Gail Cooper; and his siblings-in-law, Heather Bullock and Gary Quast (Maureen Desrochers). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
