He is survived by: his wife Doris Monika Ratcliff; his children, Brad Ratcliff, Stephanie Ratcliff and Julie Neufeld (Scott); his granddaughter Charlotte Neufeld; and his sisters, Mary Lou Hisey (David) and Janice Cross (John).
