Emelda DeLaplante Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2024, at the age of 96, Emelda DeLaplante (Timmins, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Camille; her parents, Isidoria Leroux and Emile St. Jean; and her stepfather Arsene Fournier. She is survived by: her children, Denis (Velma), Lise Rowlandson (Phil), Leo (Cathy) and Rene (Amy); her grandchildren, Nathan Rowlandson, Ryan DeLaplante (Carlos), Jackie DeLaplante, Victoria Downey, Nicole Ninni (Chris), Luc DeLaplante (Samantha) and Andre DeLaplante; and her great grandchildren, Maisie Downey, Sophia Ninni, Simon Ninni, Stacey Ninni and Sadie DeLaplante. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Maison Funéraire Lessard Funeral Chapel Address (21 Elm St S, Timmins, ON P4N1W4).
Remembrance donations to the Alzheimer Society of Timmins would be greatly appreciated.
