She was predeceased by: her father Eugene Simard. She is survived by: her husband Richard Fournier; her daughters, Kim Haapakoski (Paul) and Rachelle Fournier (Martin Lefebvre); her grandchildren, Devin Haapakoski (Lianne), Amy Haapakoski (Jacob Gagne), Curtis Lefebvre (Isabelle Rondeau) and Ricky Lefebvre; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Liam Perry and Oliver Haapakoski; her mother Germaine Simard (Duchesne); her sisters, Aline Sabourin (late Denis), Jeannine Guillemette (Jean-Come) and Paulette Perry (Bert); her siblings-in-law, John Phillips, Gilles Fournier (Louise) and Helene Vieno (Dan); her sister Annette Phillips; and her parents-in-law, Jeanne and George Henrie Fournier. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews, other family members and friends.
