It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edwin Ivanhoe Thomas (Timmins, Ontario), born in Kingston, Ontario, who passed away on July 24, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Thomas and Ellen Thomas; his sister Patsy; and his brothers-in-law, Owen Cotterill and Richard Cross.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean; his sons, David (Shelley) and Michael (Delia); his granddaughters, Taryn (Kevin), Aleah and Daria; his sister Fay Cross of Michigan; his sisters-in-law, June Contini and Audrey Draeger; and his nieces and nephews, Gregory, Richard, Jackie and Sheri.
Remembrance donations to the Alzheimer's Society and the Golden Manor, would be welcome. Donations are being accepted for: ALZHEIMER SOCIETY OF CANADA - SOCIETE ALZHEIMER DU CANADA.
