He was predeceased by: his parents, George Pichette and Bertha Pichette; his father-in-law Lloyd Cotnam; and his sisters, Huguette Levesque, Suzanne Pelchat and Paulette Ouellette.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Pichette (Cotnam); his children, Chad Pichette (Cindy) of Sudbury and Leah Ouellette (Jean) of Timmins; his grandchildren, Ashley (John), Kate, Carley, Carter and Hudson; his great grandchildren, Alice and Marceline; his siblings, Jackie Pichette, Rick Pichette (Lise), Nicole Cadeau (Norm), Stephane Pichette and Mike Pichette (Natalie); his brothers-in-law, Roger Levesque (Denise), Rolly Pelchat and Roma Ouellette; his mother-in-law Martha Cotnam; and his siblings-in-law, Gord Cotnam (Kathy) and Kathy Chalmers (Frank).
In lieu of flowers, remembrance donations may be made to the Timmins and District Hospital Foundation/Hospice ; where he received exceptional care and comfort during his stay.
