He was predeceased by: his parents, Randy Kerr and Helen Kerr; his daughter Seanna Lynn Kerr; and his sister Barbara Robson. He is survived by: his children, Tina Kerr-Hardy (Doug) and Randy Kerr (Sian Williams); his sisters, Ita (Ray Sawyer), Mona Jones and Rhonda Kerr; and his brother-in-law Don Robson. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
