He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Belair and Rita Belair; and his siblings, Andre, Mike, Daniel Belair, Rollande Belair and Marie Mai Puska.

He is survived by: his children, Melanie (Mike) of Timmins, Andrea (Marco) of Timmins and Vincent of Timmins; his grandchildren, Yves, Bianca, Owen, Lola, Landon, Brook, Macey and Mason; and his siblings, Gertrude Allaire (late Yvan), Leo Belair (Colette), Denis Belair, Lorraine Godda (Randy), Murielle Bouffard (Daniel), Claude Belair (Sue) and Jocelyne Phillion (Marc). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
