He was predeceased by: his parents, Angéline Bourgeois and Albert Bourgeois. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley; his children, Lei-Anne Bourgeois-Caron (Michel Sabourin) and Nathalie Whissel (Stéphane); his grandchildren, Cameron Caron (Danelle), Britney Whissel (Jamie), Ashton Caron (Kasey) and Kelsey Whissel (Kennedy); his stepgrandchildren, Eric Sabourin (Rachel) and Josée Sabourin (Cohen); his great grandchild Henry Peirce; and his siblings, Denise Bourgeois, Paul Bourgeois, Lorraine Bégin and Claire Bourgeois.
