He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Deforge and Cora Deforge; his siblings, Vern (Rita), Arthur (late Pauline) and Mabel (late Joe); and his siblings-in-law, Norbert (Diane), Madelaine, Gaetan (Jocelyn), Leo and Ginette.
He is survived by: his wife Huguette; his siblings, Archie (late Ruth), Isabelle (late Bob), Mavis (Norman) and Carolyn (late Renald); and his siblings-in-law, Mary (Bob), Jacques (Nicole), Lise (Mike), Carole (Tim) and Michel (Tracey).
