He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Caldwell and Mathew Lavoie; his grandchildren, Trooper and Zeppelin; his parents, Carole Barr-Lavoie (Eddy) and André Lavoie Sr.; and his siblings, Jane Tousignant (Gérald), Marion Robertson (Kirk), Paul Lavoie (Denise) and Daniel Lavoie (Jeannette). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
