He was predeceased by: his parents, Hartley McDonald and Elda McDonald (Walton); and his sisters, Jessie McDonald, Kathy Karn and Georgia Roos.
He is survived by: his spouse Marion McDonald (Howick); his children, Brad McDonald of London, Maureen McDonald (Ray Vinet) of Mossley and Jenny Kelly (Rick) of London; his grandchildren, Jordan, Deidre and Nathan; his siblings, Marie Watt of Burgessville and Fred McDonald (Pat) of Embro; and his sibling-in-law Karst Roos of Woodstock. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
