He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Godby and Nellie Godby (Box). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Godby (Beckett); his daughter Carrie (Charles Van Lingen); his granddaughters, Beth and Emily; his son Christopher "Chris" Godby (Beth) of Oshawa; his grandchild Mallory (Caleb Weir); his great grandchild Levi; his grandchildren, Mark (Megan Godby) and Avery (Josh Campbell); his brother-in-law Carl Russell (Vivian); and his brothers, Pete Godby (Rose) and Rob Godby (Theresa). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
