He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his daughter Pam Van Goethem (Keith Warner); his grandsons, Jack and Jacob; his siblings-in-law, Bryon and Linda; and his nieces, Krista Wentzel (Dan) and Lindsay Varro (Ryan).
