He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Lewis and Evelyn Lewis (Brandon); and his sisters, Phyllis Pitt (Harold) and Shirly Canfield (Jim). He is survived by: his wife Maxine (Dedrick); his children, Paul Lewis (Sheri), Christine Ostby (Dan) and Duane Lewis (Peggy); and his siblings-in-law, Larry Dedrick (Mary), Sheldon Dedrick (Sandra), Stella Walker (Dave), Judy Mabee (Rob), Gloria Sinnesael (Brad) and Brad Dedrick (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
