She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rovers and Lambertha Rovers; her husband Gerardus "Gerry" Vermeeren; her siblings, Catherine and Bert; and her siblings-in-law, Lenny, Peter, Hubert, Cor, Luis and Bertha.
She is survived by: her children, Janet (Anthony Drescher) of Tillsonburg, John Vermeeren (Lori) of Tillsonburg, Jennifer (Michael Collins) of Straffordville and Julie (Steve Bye) of Tillsonburg; her grandchildren, Cassandra (Lucas), Danielle, Sam and Kaitlyn (James); her siblings, Bill, Jerry, John and Dina; and her siblings-in-law, Cathy and Jean. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
