She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Van Louwe; and her parents, Victor De Leemans and Elizabeth Vervaet. She is survived by: her children, Alan Van Louwe (Ginny) and Michelle (nee Van Louwe) Burger (Steve Csire); her grandchildren, Zachary Van Louwe (Emily Leger), Alyssa Van Louwe, Brooke Alton (Zachariah) and Haley Burger; her great grandchild Toby Alton; her brother Ronnie De Leemans (Zarina); her sisters-in-law, Annie Van Louwe and Irene Andries; and her friend Sharon Hurley. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Maurice J. Verhoeve Funeral Homes - Burial And (40 Queen St, Langton, ON N0E1G0). Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Maurice J. Verhoeve Funeral Homes-Burial and Cremation Services (40 Queen St, Langton, ON N0E1G0). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart R. C. Church (24 Albert St, Langton, ON N0E1G0). A burial was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery (24 Albert St, Langton, ON N0E1G0).
