It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Wies (Tillsonburg, Ontario), who passed away on February 25, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wies and Leotine Wies (Vangoethem); his brother James Wies; and his siblings-in-law, Max, Bonnie Greenis and Bonnie McNaughton.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy (Greenis); his children, Jeff (Lisa) and Jennifer (Brenden); his grandchildren, Hayden and Denim; his daughter Janet Wies; his siblings, Jeanette Deelen (Gil), Bob VanGoethem (Susan), Linda McHugh (Pat), Bill McNaughton and James Kudelka; his nieces and nephews, Kim, Ross, Don, Lisa, Kelly, Bob, Brenda, Shannon, Rob, Brian, Barrie, Jacqueline, Jim and Tracy; and his friend Nelly Bell.
