She was predeceased by: her husband Ross Dow; and her brothers, Donnie and Billy McMullen. She is survived by: her children, Paul Dow (Maria Cristina), Karen Cassells (Tom) and Nancy Dow (Erik Finnson); her brother John Mc Mullen; her sisters-in-law, Lurene and Donna McMullen; her grandchildren, Aaron, Leah (Chris), Katherine, Charlie, Maggie, James, Jeremy and Erin; and her great grandchildren, Vera, Benjamin and Everett.
Donations in memory of Jean, may be made to the Victorian Order Nurses - Oxford or the Woodingford Lodge - Family Transition Program, will be appreciated.
