She was predeceased by: her parents, John Matisz and Mary Matisz (Stumpf); and her in-law George Putoczki (late Julia). She is survived by: her significant other William "Bill" A. Putoczki; her children, Carol Hasilo (Putoczki) of Tillsonburg and William Charles (Bill); her grandchildren, Lisa (Hasilo), Bouchard (Henry) of London, Craig Hasilo (Joelle) of Montreal, Tracey Putoczki Griffin (Mike) of Australia and Christopher Putoczki of Niagara Falls; her great grandchildren, Alexa, Zachary, Evelyne, Chloe, Christian, Thomas, Kate and Lola; her brother-in-law Andy Putoczki (Kathleen) of Delhi; and also Dr. Hayat. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Maurice J. Verhoeve Funeral Homes - Burial And (262 Broadway, Tillsonburg, ON N4G3R7). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's R. C. Church (51 Venison St W, Tillsonburg, ON N4G1V1). A reception was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
