She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Donald Couse; her parents, Vernon Bowerman and Lillian Bowerman; and her siblings, Barb Clark and Verne Bowerman.

She is survived by: her children, Rose Toombs (Chad) and Rob Couse (Trish Carpenter); her grandchildren, Nathan (Gabby), Greyson (Tessa) and Jenny; and her siblings, Audrey Caughell (Camille), Darlene Robinson (Pete) and Don Bowerman (Diane).
