He was predeceased by: his spouse Rica Hilhorst; his child Gerry (Sharon) of West Montrose; and his parents, Gerardus and Johanna (Van Dijk). He is survived by: his children, Julia of London, Joanne (Mike Underwood) of Sweaburg and Bob (Nancy) of Sweaburg; and his siblings, Tonia, Tony, Geurt, Annie, Johan and Doortje. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
