He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Lila (Dodgson); his brothers, Ron and Ken Hallows; and his brother-in-law Bob Armstrong.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Fred Jr. (Susan), Elizabeth Hamm (late John) and Julie O'Donnell (Joe); his grandchildren, Maggie, Adam, Andrew, Travis, Sydney and Liam; his siblings, Doreen Dienesch (Fred), Jean Armstrong, Elaine Bowman (Gary) and Janice Durham (Brian); and his sister-in-law Carol Hallows.
