He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy E. Samuels. He is survived by: his daughters, Laura and Catherine; his siblings, Patricia (Jon) of England and Lindley (John) of England; and his pet Monty. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
