Fern Gowman Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 6, 2023, at the age of 96, Fern Gowman (Tillsonburg, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Gowman; her parents, Thomas Brittian and Hope Brittian (Turnbull); her children, Russell Gowman and Julie Gowman; her son-in-law Doug Glass; and her siblings, Marion Milligan, Margaret Hankinson, Clare McGraw, Helen Whitcomb, Julia Jull and Warren Brittian.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara Glass of Vanessa, Ross Gowman (Tracy) of Nova Scotia, Kurt Gowman (Donna) of Burlington, Lynn Gysbers (Martin) of Brockville and Chris Gowman (Barbara) of Tillsonburg.

Memorial donations to the Ontario Federation for Cerebral Palsy or the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated by the Gowman family.
