She was predeceased by: her husband John Leslie Kovacs Sr.; her son John Frank Kovacs Jr.; her parents, Mike Balazs and Isabelle; her stepfather Frank Fulop; her grandchildren, John Earl Kovacs Jr., Henry Bartsch Jr. and Rebecca Lamanna; her close friend Larry Vantyghem of Langton; her sister Isabelle; and her brother-in-law Joseph Godo of Langton.

She is survived by: her daughter Evelyn Salhani (Kovacs) of London, Ontario.; her daughter-in-law Lena Kovacs of Tillsonburg; her grandchildren, Travis Kovacs (Linda Pham), Nicole Kovacs (Kevin Stuyt) and Jason Salhani; her great grandchildren, Lucas and Hunter Stuyt; her siblings, Mike Balazs (Donna) of Ilderton, Viktoryn Zlatinszky (late Tibor) of London, Frank Fulop Jr. of Tillsonburg and Sue Fulop (Jeff Rosser) of Thorndale; her nieces and nephews, Scott Balazs, Richard Zlatinszky (Natalie), Lynda Ivanisevic (Will), Margaret Bowman (Jim), Isabelle Mogck (Terry), Susan Rumble (Greg) and Joseph Godo Jr. Emily; her friend Betty Chanyi (Port Rowan); her extended family, Dan, Barbara Formanek (Long Point) and Ron Yantho (Turkey Point); and her goddaughter Emily. She is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, godchildren and cousins.
