It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Joyce (Bell) Cowan (Tillsonburg, Ontario), who passed away on April 13, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. A burial was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Springford Cemetery (225227 Otterville Rd, Norwich, ON N0J1R0). A reception was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Springford Community Hall (429 Main St W, Springford, ON N0J1X0).
