He was predeceased by: his wife Edna Ruth (Healy); his children, Craig Gordon Chalk, Karen Chalk and Kevin Sidney Chalk; his siblings, Alan Chalk and Marion Bernice Chalk; and his parents, Wilfred Chalk and Florence Chalk (Law).
He is survived by: his daughter Kim Chalk of London; his granddaughter Samantha Kraushaar of London; his great grandchildren, Arlo, Leo and MacKenzie Kraushaar of Langton; and his friends, John Puhr, Mick Kraushaar and Dan Bourrie.
