He was predeceased by: his parents, Diane Fish and John Fish. He is survived by: his brother Rob Fish (Brenda Hamm); and his aunts and uncles, Nancy Pite (Don), Ron Lee, Bob Lee (Sheila) and Barbara Lee (Michael Slater). He is also survived by his cousins and many, many friends.
