She was predeceased by: her parents, Trueman Lonsbary and Audrey Lonsbary (Scott); her mother-in-law Iva Burwell; her daughter Tara Burwell; her granddaughter Angela Moon; and her brothers, Gordon Lonsbary, Arthur Lonsbary (Ruthanne Lonsbary), George Lonsbary (Barb Lonsbary) and Wilfred Lonsbary.
She is survived by: her husband Stan Burwell; her children, Tammy Burwell of London and Trueman Burwell of Woodstock; her pet Maggie; her sisters, Arlene Sage (Tom) and Carolyn Ford (Gerald); and her siblings-in-law, Sherwood Burwell (Kathy) and Darlene Wencel. She is also survived by grandmother and is survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ostrander's Funeral Home (43 Bidwell St, Tillsonburg, ON N4G3T6). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
