She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Douglas; her sons, Brian and Wayne Otto; her grandchildren, Jordyn and Jackson Otto; her stepgrandson Jacob Plastow; her mother Margaret Lindsay; her siblings, Sandra, Patricia, Judy, Dorothy, Richard, Sharon, Daniel, David, Susan and Christopher; her father Arthur Sr.; and her siblings, Arthur Jr., Heather and Gerald. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
