He is survived by: his father Alexander Solga Sr.; his wife Pearl Solga (Dande) of Tillsonburg; his daughter Suzanne (Steve Doerksen) of Simcoe; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Solga; his granddaughter Kaitlyn Pearl Solga; his son Alexander Solga III (Andrea) of Dorchester; his grandchildren, Natalie and Gabriel; his sister Diane Szalkai (Steve); his sister-in-law Mary (Lou Panek); and his nieces and nephews, Robbie and Greg. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and by cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Maurice J. Verhoeve Funeral Homes - Burial And (262 Broadway, Tillsonburg, ON N4G3R7). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Tillsonburg Cemetery (191-193 Simcoe St, Tillsonburg, ON N4G0E1).
