He is survived by: his wife Carol (Rivard); his sons, David and Stephen (Michiyo); his grandsons, Daniel and Lucas; his siblings, Ted Hornick (Marie), Bob Hornick and Ruth Anne Waites (Bob); and his brothers-in-law, Bill Rivard (Peggy), Ken Rivard (Marg) and Dave Rivard (Doreen).
