With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tracy Lynn Pratt of Tilbury, Ontario, who passed away on September 18, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Neil, Mary Davidson, Lyle and Ivy Graham; and her sister Jennifer Graham.

She is survived by: her husband David Pratt; her children, Morgan (Matthew), Garret (Lisa) and Sadie (Adam); her parents, Nancy Graham and Terrance Graham; her stepfather Ray Underwood; her siblings, Ryan (Ardelle) and Spencer; and her nieces and nephews, Owen, Carter, Gavin and Peyton. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
