He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leona, Eugene Tremblay, Rita and Marcel Laporte. He is survived by: his parents, Eugene Tremblay and Kellie Tremblay; and his child Addison Tremblay. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins and many friends.
In lieu of flowers donations to a trust fund for Addison would be gratefully appreciated.
