It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Jane Pelley (Tilbury, Ontario), who passed away on March 22, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Pelley; her parents, Gorden Budgell and Eliza Budgell; her sister Beatrice Peckford; her siblings-in-law, James Peckford and Rosie Budgell; her stepdaughter Kathy Cramm; and her son-in-law Kenneth Boone.
She is survived by: her children, Bernard Pelley (Linda), Patricia Davenport (Chris), Doreen Pelley, Mervin Pelley (Juanita), Jack Pelley (Nancy), Robert Pelley (Paulette), Stephen Pelley (Cavell), Chad Pelley (Jennifer) and Shelley Labonte (Richard); her siblings, Lilian Budgell (Wilf), Mary Budgell, Sidney Budgell and Adolphus Budgell (Abby); and her stepdaughters, Winnie Baker (Kevin), Barbara and Betty Stride (Eddie).
