She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Marie and Jeanne Marie. She is survived by: her sibling Michelle; her nieces and nephews, Allan Provost, Michelle Riess and Melissa Provost; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexis, Avarie, Nash, Livia Provost, Erica and Colton.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada or Chatham-Kent Hospice, or Canadian Diabetes Association greatly appreciated.
