She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clarke and Shirley Clarke (Lee); her husband George Bak; and her sibling Robin Clarke. She is survived by: her children, Chandra Clarke (Terry Johnson) and Aaron Bak; and her grandchildren, Tiernan, Egan, Rhodri and Aelwen.
The Bereavement Authority of Ontario have mandated that all attendees wear a mask.
