We bid farewell to Margaret Ilene Goodreau (Tilbury, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 22, 2025 at the age of 94. Margaret Ilene touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her family, Gene Goodreau (Sue), Cathy Postma (John) and Laurie Goodreau; her parents, Archie Drummond and Blanche Drummond (Loveless); her siblings, Helen Crosby (Bruce), Esther Franklin (Lorne), Jane Fox (Jack), Ila Copeman (Earl), Ivan (Winnifred) and Arlo (Fran); and her siblings-in-law, Beatrice Goodreau, Laura Bellemore (Maurice), Helen Donais (Wilfred), Oscar Goodreau (Martha), Isabella Marchand (Moses), Josephine Rivait (Gib), Florence Trotechaud (Ray), Margaret Moynahan (Ernest), Raymond Goodreau (Beatrice) and Archie Goodreau.
She is survived by: her husband Lawrence; her family, Joe Drummond (Patsy), Joanne Rivard, Larry Goodreau (Corrie), Donna Lefaive, Brenda Timmermans (Jake), Ralph Goodreau (Cindy) and Debbie Postma (Rick); her sister Alda Charon; and her sibling-in-law Remie Goodreau (Lorine). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Reaume Funeral Home Inc. (6 Canal St W, Tilbury, ON N0P2L0). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Francis Xavier Church (32 Canal St W, Tilbury, ON N0P2L0).
