In the sacred silence of farewell, Louis is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Louis' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Rivard and Lena Rivard (Robert); and his siblings, Leah (late Claude Lalonde), Margaret (late Edgar Quenneville), Felix Rivard (late Monique), Wilfred Rivard (Angeline) and Alex (late Mary Rivard). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Church (32 Canal St W, Tilbury, ON N0P2L0). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations to St. Francis Xavier Church would be appreciated.
