He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric G. Haynes and Dorothy Haynes. He is survived by: his children, Eric Haynes and Samantha Haynes; his grandchildren, Haysh and Denym; and his siblings, Jill Chalmers and Rick Haynes (Heather). He is also survived by nieces, a nephew and a great nephew.
